Christ gave to His church seven sacraments that help us to transform our lives. Through the gift of the Holy Spirit and through our response of faith the sacraments give us a share in God’s own life.  A Sacrament is a sacred ritual that helps us see the reality of salvation and allows that reality to transform our lives.
