If you are wishing to attend mass in advent, please keep an eye on the times as published on the home page. We are relying on the kindness of Fr Stephen and Fr Carlos from Sons of Divine Providence to say mass at Sacred Heart in Fr Reg’s absence. Please volunteer. We need volunteers to come forward to help steward, and to help the christmas masses smoothly and safely in this beautiful period.
Monday -Thursday 9:30 a.m. Friday Eucharistic Service 9:30 a.m. Saturday. 6:30 p.m. Sunday. 9:30a.m. 11:15 a.m. Holy Days 9:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Confession: Saturday 6 p.m – 6.30 p.m or by Appointment. Please contact Fr. Reg Dunkling Weekend Services Saturday evening at 6:30 p.m. with Introductory Rites, Liturgy of the Word, Liturgy of the Eucharist and Concluding Rites, a quiet reflective Mass. Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m. This is a more dynamic, charismatic, vibrant, family orientated and lively Mass accompanied by maSH (Music at Sacred Heart) group, led by Maria and many parishioners and young people of the parish. Sunday morning at 11:15 a.m. with Introductory Rites, Liturgy of the Word, Liturgy of the Eucharist and Concluding Rites, accompanied by Brenda Clement the organist and John and Bernadette Francis along with the Sacred Heart Choir. This is usually more reflective with part-Latin sung Mass, every other week. Weekday services Each morning, Monday to Thursday at 10.30 a.m. parishioners gather together for Mass, to hear the Word and celebrate the Eucharist. On Friday we have a Communion Service led by Eucharistic Ministers.
