The young parish at Sacred Heart is formed and shaped by the families and children who attend the parish school, Sacred Heart Primary School in Teddington and who then go on to secondary schools across the borough, and continue to worship at Sacred Heart.

There is a lively children’s liturgy run by parish catechesists,  and parent volunteers during the 9:30 am family mass on Sunday morning.

Each year Fr Reg leads the programme for preparation for First Holy Communion. This is  by all accounts a wonderful, intense and highly rewarding  journey for the children and  parents alike. For thought provoking and inspiring output,  keep an eye out for their art work and reflections can often be seen pinned up at the back of Church.
