Looking  to light a candle for a loved one, pray, or just spend some quiet time in a sacred place?  Sacred Heart Church on Kingston Road, Teddington is open at these times. There is daily mass at  9:30am every weekday morning, and last about 1/2 an hour, with a Eucharistic service each Friday.
There are Sunday morning masses also, a family Mass at 9:30 and 11:15am. If coming to these is not for you, the weekday masses are a particularly gentle, peaceful time when parishioners will be about, but you can also be by yourself.   Parishioners who have a made a practice of of it say they wouldn’t miss morning mass:  It’s a wonderful way to start the day.
